About

Hi, I’m an aspiring graduate student actively seeking Masters and PhD positions in high-energy theoretical physics. I have completed my Master’s degree in Theoretical Physics at the University of Dhaka and currently work as a research assistant with the Astrophysics & Cosmology Research Group at Jahangirnagar University.

My interests span several areas of physics, particularly hep-th, gr-qc, math-ph and astro-ph. My current research and studies focus on:

  • Classifying rational conformal field theories using number-theoretic and categorical methods.
  • Exploring local geometric aspects of M-theory on G2-holonomy manifolds.
  • Probing weak gravitational lensing to advance precision cosmology.

Beyond physics and mathematics, I enjoy films, literature, philosophy, and various forms of art. Lately, I’ve been thinking of creating web content around these interests, including writing articles to share on this site.

The Riemannian geometry of the spacetime of general relativity is symbolized by the two-dimensional geometry of the surface of an apple. The geodesic tracks followed by the ants on the apple’s surface symbolize the world line followed through spacetime by a free particle.
